Recently our contribution for 'Tree Plantation' was appreciated by Panoli Industies Association in an event of transforming Panoli estate to lush green region.
Green Belt
Green belt has been created not only for the purpose of protecting sensitive areas or to maintain ecological balance but because they also act as efficient biological filters or sinks for particulate and gaseous emissions, generated by vehicular movements and various industrial activities. Rapid increase in development of economy has caused massive interference in the way our environment is managed.
Enviro Technology
We have been a member of Panoli Enviro Technology Limited (PETL) and Bharuch Enviro Infrastructure Limited (BEIL) to be environment friendly. Panoli Enviro Technology Ltd was established / incorporated under the CETP scheme in the year 1998 with an aim to provide collective treatment to the SSI and Medium scale industries of Panoli GIDC. BEIL has set up the Common incineration facility at Ankleshwar with the aid of MoEF and Government of India. This common incineration is designed to meet the draft norms prescribed by the CPCB for various parameters of operation and emissions. Liquid effluents generated from manufacture of pigment is sent for process at a common Effluent Treatment Plant (PETL) and other organic solid waste is sent to BEIL thus reducing pollution levels to almost nil.

Reduce
TERI’s Energy report suggests that we are aggressively working towards implementing technology to reduce CO2 emission and energy usage. We are determined to reduce waste water generation and hence continually working towards reduction of pollutants. Moreover, we are constantly working in reducing generation of plastic waste by insisting our suppliers as well as our customer to use paper bags in every possible supply and metal drums instead plastic drums.
Reuse
We have implemented 5 stage effluent treatment plant to recover almost 70% of our wastewater generated in process. We treat our effluent primarily to reduce organic matter followed by sludge removal, bio-reaction, ultrafiltration, and reverse-osmosis. We reuse 100% spent oil for local maintenance. Moreover, we use our plastic drums for beautification of surroundings by planting herbs and shrubs.
Recycle
Recycle – We recycle significant quantity of waste water in every possible stage where product or process has zero impact.
In-house Effluent Treatment Facilities
Qualitron Chemicals' latest expansion includes in-house effluent treatment facilities to keep our manufacturing plant in continuous production yet taking care of norms of CETP and Pollution Control Organizations. Ultra Filtration, Reseverse Osmosis and Bioreaction using Micro organisms are allowing us to keep our effluent COD / BOD below maximum value of CETP. Thus, ethical production is allowing us to run our manufacturing facilities, 24x7 flawlessly.
